In the Jakobstad region there are several adult education centers (Arbis). There you can study, for example, languages, handicrafts, sports, arts, and cooking. Arbis offers so called hobby studies, meaning you can not pursue vocational training here.

How to enroll as a student can vary. Usually you apply for the spring semester at the beginning of the year and for the fall semester during late summer.
